Our Story
Who We Are
ABS Information Systems (Pvt) Ltd — formerly Advanced Business Solutions (Pvt) Ltd — was established in 1996 and has achieved significant growth over the past 30+ years. We have been the Sole Authorized Master Channel Partner for Tally accounting and inventory management software for nearly two decades.
We provide state-of-the-art total IT solutions with extended support services to our customers. Presently there are over one thousand five hundred customers in Sri Lanka who are using our solutions to leverage their businesses.
Apart from marketing off-the-shelf software solutions, at ABS we help companies become winning organizations by streamlining their essential internal processes through customized vertical software solutions. We understand organizational strategies and processes and determine how information systems can enhance productivity.
Through our expertise gained over a quarter century, we have effectively provided solutions to large-scale clients including National Systems Operator (NSO), Mercantile Merchant Bank (MMBL), Caritas, NAITA, Habib Bank, Nolimit and many more.

FCMA, MBA — a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) and Chartered Global Management Accountant with 25+ years of expertise in financial management, corporate strategy, and audit across Sri Lanka's mercantile sector.
MSc Computer Systems & Networks (Hons); Co-founder of the internationally exported Hyleys Tea brand. Past board roles at ICTA (Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka) and the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.
20+ years in the software sector; Managing Director of Cloudlink Solutions (Pvt) Ltd — the only Sri Lankan company developing airline software, including the Cloud FOCS system deployed at Sri Lankan airport.

Complete payroll management software with EPF/ETF management and reports.
Condominium utility billing and management software for condominium apartments.
Re-registered on 31st July 2008 under the Companies Act No. 07 of 2007, adopting the ABS brand identity.
Complete asset management software to manage the assets register.
Integration tool for Tally accounting software, integrating with 3rd-party software.
Complete attendance management software with shift and roster management.
Complete HR management software with payroll, attendance, and many more features.
New interface, payments and receipt management, and automated meter reading were introduced.
