Data Matrix Printing

Honest Mark supports the generation and printing of unique 2D Data Matrix codes for individual products or packages. The system can interface with suitable industrial printing equipment to print serialized information directly onto labels, packaging, or other approved media.

Code Validation

Printing a code alone does not guarantee that it is readable or correct. Honest Mark can integrate with industrial scanners and vision systems to validate printed DataMatrix codes during the production process.

Aggregation

Honest Mark supports hierarchical aggregation, allowing individual serialized products to be associated with their higher level packaging. Instead of scanning every individual item during subsequent logistics operations, authorized systems can use the parent packaging information to identify the products contained within it. This significantly improves warehouse, dispatch, and shipment processing while maintaining detailed item level traceability.
